Catch Up and P90X
I haven't posted in a while, mainly just because I've been busy. haha. Anyway, A couple weeks ago, I started doing P90X. I started with the Ab Ripper X DVD which probably wasn't a very good idea. It is extremely tough. I've also done the X Stretch, Kenpo X, and Core Synergetics DVDs. Ouch! I have been able to feel the results since I started. They are such good workouts, and I'm super excited to see what my final results will be! The Core Synergetics DVD that I did last night used a lot of upper body strength, as well as your normal push up, and lunge exercises. It really worked my whole core instead of just my abs. I love it!

Smoothie Anyone?
Good Morning!
This morning, I made a smoothie! yummm. I used our Magic Bullet (which I love) and blended everything together.

What's in the mix?
- yoplait strawberry yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- frozen strawberries
- frozen pineapple
After making my smoothie, I decided this was just not enough :)
So I pulled out a piece of the spicy cornbread from last night. mmm It was even better the second day!

Lazy Day and Good Eats
Well, I did play Zumba today, but that's about it :) Other than that, I layed around in my pj's, and Facebooked all day. haha.. nothing like a snow day!
We took advantage of this cold day, by having Pinto beans on the stove all day. My dad made some Jalpeno corn bread. It was delicious! I added sharp cheddar cheese and Relish to my beans. There was also hot dog in the beans.. Yumm!

A Snowy Breakfast
I woke up this morning to a snowy, wet, cold morning. Honestly, I don't care too much for snow, but I do enjoy the day off :)
For breakfast this morning, I had some yummy hot chocolate, and a biscuit.
